"**Very Poor Customer Service** Extremely disappointing experience. Both shop owners were unnecessarily rude and showed no basic courtesy in communication. I requested to cancel the order the very next morning after placing it at previous night, well before any processing had begun but was told that no refund would be issued, despite having made full payment. There seems to be no customer-friendly policy or flexibility. I strongly recommend checking other reviews and thinking twice before placing an order !! Had it been an option for giving a (-) rating, the same would have been given!"
